Envy
Happy for others fulfilling their dreams, but feelings of sadness and longing regarding the lack of movement toward your own.
Accomplishment
Not Fulfillment
Getting through daily
to-do lists, but without Godly joy, passion or fulfillment. Numbness.

Loss of Control
Daily life is people- and circumstance-driven instead of
purpose- driven. Pulled and pushed in many directions.
Override of the "Something More"
Internal sense there is something more to be and do, but excuses override God's call.

Light Dimming
Not following through on or discounting creative ideas and witty inventions. "Someone else will figure it out," or "not good enough" mentalities.

Voice Suppression
Mutes helpful, Spirit-inspired opinions, thoughts, and encouraging words. "Someone else will say it" or "no one cares what I have to say," mentalities.
Compromises
Chooses relationships, jobs, positions, majors, material items, etc. below God's and your personal standard.

4 / Low Self-Esteem
Lacks confidence, afraid of making mistakes and letting people down, feels unloved, inadequate.

Shuts down to avoid this feeling. Rooted in lack of knowledge, vision and strategy regarding purpose.
6 / Unworthiness
Feels undeserving of good gifts, love, trust, accolades, promotion, etc. Often rooted in past failures/mistakes.
1 / Lack of Godly Self-Image
Inability to see yourself as God created you to be and doing what He's purposed you to do. Seeing yourself as people see you.

Fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of making a mistake, fear of ridicule, fear of ending up with nothing, fear of the future, fear of disappointment to name a few.

This will help clarify His vision for your future, enable you to confidently break out of where you have settled, and grab hold of God's Kingdom purpose for you in ministry, career, relationships, and life! You will NEVER settle again!

Your God-Given Identity - We will clearly identify the elements noted below which comprise your overall identity through: prepared assessments; a more indepth understanding of each element and how it affects your thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, choices, and how you relate to others; probing questions; engaging discussion; assignments, the Word and prayer. You will recognize and relinquish any false identities you have embraced, and love/accept the you the Father designed.

Your God-Given Purpose - After understanding who you really are and how God made you, it is easier to discover your purpose because YOU WERE MADE FOR IT. You will receive indepth knowledge on purpose and its importance, and again, through probing questions, engaging discussion, assignments, the Word and prayer, you will know without a doubt why you are here.

God-Given Vision - You will learn what vision is, why it is important, and you will develop your own vision statement. Because you will understand its importance, you will be motivated to form and implement strategies to seize your God-given purpose and run with your vision

Fulfillment Strategies - You will develop a five- to ten-year plan for moving forward in your Kingdom Purpose.

In other words, by the end of the 12-weeks, you will know who you are and where you are going. This will put you on a track which will by default weed out people, places and things which deter you from seizing and fulfilling your Kingdom Purpose!

Twelve Live Virtual 90-Minute Sessions - discover and grow through deeply engaging with me and your peers as described in the "How to Make the Move" section.

One 60-Minute Live Virtual One-on-One Session - receive an hour of coaching with just us two to address whatever is most important to you for moving forward. You may schedule the session at any point during the program.

Email Support - Have access to just me via email to ask questions, report progress, or share thoughts or information. I will respond within 24 hours.

Weekly Group Prayer Support - receive the opportunity to seek God in a corporate weekly live prayer call just for group participants. All participants can receive prayer (or pray) for issues related to the program directly or indirectly (i.e. family, health, relationships, job). So basically, we seek God together for all needs. Prayer in numbers and in agreement is powerful!

Maximum of Ten People - receive all the benefits of community (noted on the Services page) in a group small enough for intimate engagement.
